We’re an independent microbakery right across from Clifford’s Tower in York. We bake using traditional methods and all-natural ingredients, with sourdough at the heart of what we do.

Alongside our loaves, you’ll find a mouthwatering mix of pastries, freshly made sandwiches, proper pasties and top-notch coffee. Whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee, picking up a sausage roll for lunch or settling in for something freshly baked, we’ve got you covered

The heart of the business is the sourdough...

..which is completely handmade. The long slow naturally fermented technique gives a more rounded and complex flavour and greater health benefits.
